Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. -
Initiating a Return:
To start a return, please contact our customer support team at info@terracare.co.in within 30 days of receiving your order. Kindly include your order number and the reason for return. -
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. -
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Exchange Process:
