Shipping Options and Delivery Cost:

Terra Care offers various shipping options at the time of purchase, covering over 17,000+ PIN codes across India. We partner with trusted third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and secure delivery. Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location and distance from our facilities, and they are clearly displayed at checkout.

Order Processing Time:

We aim to process all orders within 24 hours. However, this may vary depending on stock availability. Customers will receive updates at every stage of the shipping process, and our service representatives are always available for any additional support.

Delivery Address:

You can update your delivery address before dispatch. Once an order has been handed over to our logistics partner, address changes are unfortunately not possible.

Tracking Your Order:

After your order is confirmed, you will receive regular updates. Once your order has been packed and dispatched, we’ll send you an email and a WhatsApp message (if provided) with details including the invoice, vendor name, estimated delivery time, and a live tracking link. A Proof of Delivery (POD) will also be emailed once your order is successfully delivered.

When your product is out for delivery, you’ll receive another notification. Upon delivery, a confirmation email will ensure your order reached you in perfect condition.
